Edward M. Krell
Chief Executive Officer
Edward M. Krell has served as a director of the Company and its Chief Executive Officer since October 1, 2008. From August 2010 to May 2011, Mr. Krell also served as the Company's President. He has served as a senior executive of the Company for nearly eight years and has over 25 years of business experience encompassing apparel, retail, finance and overall management. From January 2002 to November 2003, Mr. Krell served as the Company’s Senior Vice President—Chief Financial Officer and then served as the Company’s Executive Vice President—Chief Financial Officer from November 2003 to May 2007. In May 2007, Mr. Krell was named the Company’s Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer and served in this role until July 2008, when he was named Chief Operating Officer of the Company, a role which be held until his October 2008 appointment as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining us, Mr. Krell served in various senior financial management positions, including having served as Chief Financial Officer of Mammoth Sports Group, Inc. (an Internet and catalog retailer of golf equipment and accessories) and London Fog Industries, Inc. (a wholesale and retail distributor of rainwear and outerwear).

Christopher F. Daniel
President
Christopher F. Daniel has served as our President since June 2011. Mr. Daniel is a seasoned apparel retail executive with over 20 years of women’s apparel merchandising experience. He most recently served as the President of Torrid®, a specialty retailer focusing on plus-sized women in their teens and twenties, from November 2006 to April 2011. Torrid is a division of Hot Topic, Inc. From September 2006 to November 2006, Mr. Daniel was Senior Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer for Torrid and from October 2004 to August 2006, he was Vice President, General Merchandise Manager for Torrid. Prior to joining Torrid, Mr. Daniel held various merchandising positions with national department and specialty retailers including Mervyn’s®, Structure®, Charming Shoppes® and Dayton-Hudson®.

Judd P. Tirnauer
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Judd P. Tirnauer has served as our Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer since November 2011, after having served as our Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer since July 2008. From June 2005 to July 2008, Mr. Tirnauer served as our Vice President-Finance, having previously served with us as our Vice President-Financial Planning & Analysis since 2003, and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis since joining us in November 2001. Mr. Tirnauer has earned both a Masters in Business Administration degree and a Juris Doctorate legal degree, and has earned a Certified Public Accountant designation.

Ronald J. Masciantonio
Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel
Ronald J. Masciantonio has served as our Executive Vice President & General Counsel since November 2011 and was named to the additional position of Chief Administrative Officer in November 2012. From April 2010 to November 2011, Mr. Masciantonio served as our Senior Vice President & General Counsel, having previously served as our Vice President & General Counsel since August 2006. In August 2006, Mr. Masciantonio rejoined us, after having previously served as our Assistant General Counsel from February 2004 to May 2005. From May 2005 to August 2006, Mr. Masciantonio was Assistant General Counsel, North America for Taylor Nelson Sofres, N.A., a market research company with global headquarters in London, England. Prior to joining us originally in February 2004, Mr. Masciantonio was an Associate at the law firm of Pepper Hamilton, LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from September 2001 to February 2004. Mr. Masciantonio received his Juris Doctorate legal degree from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Our executive officers are appointed annually by the Board of Directors and serve at the discretion of the Board.
